This 75 minute online session has been designed to create calm for your body and mind. You are invited to set up your own cozy space, maybe with blankets, cushions, a warm drink and a journal so that you can fully relax and let go, whilst I guide you through different breathwork techniques and meditation practices. We will explore with reflective journalling prompts to connect deeper within, there is always space to share, listen and be held by others. I will then guide you through different practices including breathwork and guided meditation easing you into a deep relaxation.
