Combining various mindful practices - we will work with different breathwork, meditations and also explore mindfulness to create a sense of calm and ease for the body and mind. Take some time out to wind down from your day, connect back to your breath and allow your mind to rest for an hour of blissful relaxation. You are welcome to bring cushions or blankets for extra comfort and a journal should you wish to take anything away from the session. Please bring your own mat.
