A great way to reduce stress, focus the mind and take a break away from your working day, I offer online and in office yoga classes. I am available within office hours and also out of office hours.
I also create pre - recorded content and run live sessions for conferences to offer mindfulness breaks or meditation, movement and breath work throughout the day, or yoga sessions pre and post conference hours.
